What?: The 7th ICC Mediation Conference is the premier event of its kind.  Aimed specifically at in-house counsel and corporate management representatives involved in dispute resolution, this edition will provide participants with a practical toolkit for achieving improved results using combined dispute resolution procedures. Designed by users for users, this interactive conference will highlight an array of topics from techniques for cost- and time-effective conflict management and early dispute resolution and the optimal use of mediation in combination with other dispute resolution processes.

We (Arlene Weingart ­ Atout Médiation-, Sylvie Adijès and your servant – Mediation Studio) are very happy to announce that Gary Friedman and Norman Fischer will be coming to France to share their knowledge about mediation and meditation.

• When? August 29th late afternoon through September 2nd at noon.
• Where? At the ancient Priory in Talloires (Tufts University European Center) on the shores of the Lake of Annecy, 45 minutes from Geneva.
• What? The focus of this program in self-reflection will be an investigation of the powerful role that fear and trust play in our stance as conflict
  professionals. We will begin with investigating the powerful and pervasive presence of fear and the many ways in which it limits trust. There will be a significant amount of meditation and role-plays during the program.
• Who? All conflict professionals are welcome to attend, including mediators, lawyers, therapists and anyone who works with people in conflict. The training will be in English.
